The GLW Children’s Council, Inc, works collaboratively to plan, implement, evaluate and refine strategies proven to prevent the occurrence and/or significantly reduce the incidence, of substances abuse and underage pregnancy in Garfield, Loup, Wheeler and Greeley counties.
